You're Already Good. You Want to Be Better.
Peak performance training at Austin Biofeedback isn't about fixing something broken. It's serious clinical work, applied to serious performance goals, by clinicians with over 100 years of combined experience.

What Separates Good From Great Is Often Invisible. We Make It Measurable and Trainable.
Every performance challenge, at its core, is a brain and nervous system challenge. The baseball player who needs laser focus at the plate and open awareness on the base paths at the same time. The golfer whose mechanics are sound but whose hands won't cooperate under pressure. The executive whose memory and processing speed aren't keeping pace with the demands on them. The musician who knows exactly what they want to play but can't get out of their own way to play it.
These aren't mental weakness. They're patterns, and patterns can be trained.
Neurofeedback and biofeedback work directly with the brain and body patterns that drive performance, helping you access what you need in the right moment, hold it, and shift when the work calls for something different. That's not a wellness concept. That's a clinical skill, and we've been developing it for over four decades.
Our performance clients come from all walks of life: athletes, musicians, executives, writers, competitors, and creators. What they share is a commitment to doing their best work. We have the clinical experience to help them get there.
Specific Work for Specific Goals
Peak performance training at ABC is not a generic protocol. It starts with understanding exactly what you need, and builds from there.
FOCUS AND STATE SHIFTING
The Right Mind for the Right Moment
Sometimes, performance demands narrow, locked-in focus. Other times it requires open, distributed awareness. Many times both kinds of focus are required, sometimes within seconds of each other. We train the brain to access each deliberately and shift between them fluidly, on demand.
PRESSURE & COMPOSURE
The Kind of Calm That Sharpens Your Edge
Managing pressure isn't about caring less. It's about training the nervous system to stay regulated when the stakes are high. We work with executives, competitive athletes, and performers using neurofeedback and other tools to build composure that holds when it matters most.
GOLF PERFOMANCE
When the Game Gets in Your Head
Skill and consistency are two different things. When anxiety, pressure, or movement patterns get in the way of what you know how to do, neurofeedback and biofeedback can support both layers at once, something few other approaches can do.
MEMORY, PROCESSING & FLOW
Thinking at the Speed that the Work Demands
Executives, writers, and creative professionals come to us when their cognitive performance isn't keeping pace with their ambitions. Whether it's memory, processing speed, creative flow, or sustained deep focus, we build training plans around what your brain map actually shows.
Clinical Depth. Not a Wellness Package.
Peak performance training at Austin Biofeedback begins the same way every client relationship begins, with a clinical intake. A thorough conversation with one of our licensed clinicians about your performance goals, your history, and the specific challenges you want to address. If a QEEG brain map is the right foundation, our clinicians personally review every detail of your results and build a training plan around what they find.
For most performance clients, that plan combines neurofeedback with HRV training and biofeedback, with the specific combination and protocol determined by your goals and your brain map. Because we are an integrative practice, we are not limited to a single tool or system. We use whatever combination of our clinical toolkit best serves what you are trying to accomplish.
What you will not find here is a standard protocol, a pre-packaged program, or a technician running sessions from a computer-generated plan. Every client who trains with us works directly with a licensed, experienced clinician who knows their case, adjusts their plan as they progress, and brings over 100 years of combined clinical experience to the work.
You Might Be in the Right Place If...
The best way to find out if this work is right for your goals is a conversation. That's exactly what the intake session is for, no commitment, no pressure, just an honest discussion about what you're working toward and whether we can help.
You are already performing at a high level and want to perform at a higher one.
You have a specific performance challenge, focus, composure, state shifting, creative flow, or something else entirely, and want to address it at the source.
You've worked with coaches, trainers, or therapists and made real progress, but something specific still isn't clicking.
You are ready to invest seriously in the work, because you understand that the results are worth it.
You value discretion and expect the same professional standards from your performance clinician that you bring to your own work.
You want clinical depth, not a wellness experience.
